Nice and clean apartment next to the bus station

Nice apartment convenient to reach the south and the north with bus. Very good restaurant just next to the property available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Apt. N. 7 was good, then I needed to move in apt. N. 5 and there were lots of noise in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

What would you highlight about Suites Lorens

Size of unit met and exceeded our needs but lack of furnishings and beddings left us disappointed

The suite was spacious and in a good location with easy access to town. The grounds were well maintained and the caretaker was was quick to respond to any questions and requests.

Kitchen utensils, plates, etc., were very limited. There was no couch or chairs in the living-room area of the suite so we ended up bringing two of the lawn chairs and a table from the common outside patio into our suite so we had a place to sit. The bedding, specifically the sheets and pillows were awful. The sheets were so thin your could see through them and they did not fit the bed. In the morning the bottom sheet wasn't even covering the mattress and you were sleeping on the mattress - which by the way didn't have a mattress cover. The bed pillows were so thin - it was like sleeping without one. We did request a couch for the living area and proper sheets for the better and none were available. The lack of kitchen items, furniture and bedding was a common theme throughout the 8 units.

Very Good

Clean and well-equipped kitchen. New suites. Staff very helpful. Complete professional cleaning, though it wasn't daily, as per the daily cleaning fee. Very good location. Close to the supermarket and restaurants, the bus to Centro could be flagged down right outside the door. We felt quite safe in the street area. The street high fence door was kept locked. There is no safe in the room for storing valuables, despite the description that one was included. We found the beds quite comfortable, despite reading some negative reviews.

Street noise and neighbor animals, very noisy especially at night. Chairs in the suite and outdoor sitting areas were quite uncomfortable. Difficult to sit for any length of time.

Romeo was very helpful and accommodating. and the bed was really comfortable.

There is a bar directly next door that played very loud music all day and late into the evening. It was a Monday.

It’s a nice wel equipped apartment, airco works like a charm. The restaurant next door Coco Jaguar is also nice.

The shower doesn’t have hot water only warm-ish. The double bed is small. Information says close to the beach but it’s close to the Laguna (you can’t swim there) beach is further away, with a cab or golf cart no problem to get there

Great value, central location

Excellent value. Quiet, cool, clean rooms. The reverse osmosis water filters are a great bonus. Within walking distance of a Chedraui supermaket, a lavanderia, and delicious taquerias. Only 80-100 pesos to take a taxi to either end of the island.
